School

now that my oldest is in school, i am seeing the possible virtues of homeschooling. For one, I wouldn't have to get up and get everybody dressed by 715am. not that i would ever admit that as being a reason, justifiable reason, to do it but i hadn't thought that out in the every day sense before he started. and no, i can't just go in my pajama pants and tshirt through the drop off line. although i see that day a comin on the horizon. I like to think of it as extra exercise, jaunting from the middle school parking lot and back twice a day.
He has been home sick two days and I realize just how much I miss him and his daily comings and goings. Now I know, reality of homeschooling is we wouldn't be hangin out coloring, playing play-doh, and watching Diego all day every day...but yeah, starting kindergarten is a big life change for everyone. Who'd have thought?
