What does this mean?

People have been giving me things lately. Like, nice stuff. Things I would see in a store and really really want to buy for myself but don't.

a set of outdoor solar lights for my flower bed
An amazingly cool weird piece of turqoise jewelry (a necklace)
A bottle of Confixor!!!!
The prettiest set of blue and white cups and saucers from Japan
A table and buffet that I have been pining for for 2 years (don't have it yet but still, not having to buy it is a HUGE gift)
Oh, and the aforementioned paper napkins that I would not have bought but interesting to add to the list.

I think this all means something but I am perhaps missing it because I enjoy things and gifts so much that I am just enjoying the moment of having really pretty things that I could never afford to just buy for the sake of buying.
What DOES this mean?

Noone ever gives me stuff.
