Boy stuff

Notorious and I had a serious conversation today regarding Littlest Pet Shop toys and is it okay for boys to play with them. We have loads of it by the way. I told him of course it was, I mean, boys are veterinarians at which point he chimed in that boys are also doctors (he doesn't know a woman doctor!!) and it would be okay for a girl to be a doctor when she grows up, right? Yes, I assured him.
We went on to discuss how girls might like to play Batman or Pirates or Spiderman and that would be perfectly okay even though those toys are marketed as "boy toys" (eye roll here).
Then with confidence he informed me...
Girls can play superhero
because EVERYBODY knows
you have to have a wife to be a superhero.

Enough said.
