This may be offensive and I apologize in advance to anyone who keeps reading from here..
Let's talk abotu Ellen Degeneres and Portia de Rossi. Married now, as you fellow people.com-ers know...this has nothing to do with mama musings by the way, except I am the mama and I am musing about Ellen today.
I love Ellen. Don't get to see her show much but when I do, she makes me laugh so hard and think too...I really like her. She loves her mama, I love my mama...I like her. But...
But...but...something about seeing her with Portia in a wedding dress just makes me...ewww...makes me I don't know...and mind you, I have friends, gay and lesbian, and really they are the dearest friends to me. One in particular, might as well be blood we are so close and share so much but this is about Ellen.
I have questions. Like how did they both decide to become Mrs. Degeneres? I mean, when I married Pompey there was no thought on my part that I would be Mrs. Pompey and never a wonder as to if he might fancy being Mr. Martha...but how DO they figure that out? And then what about what to wear to the wedding. ? Question???? I discuss everything with bff, absolutely no filters with her. And when I was getting married, same thing. Everything went through her first. But if I were a lesbian, wouldn't that ruin the surprise? But clearly, if yo uknow me, you know that no way could I have planned said wedding without bff by my side the entire time.
Just wondering.

Is it weird to anyone else to see them as wife and wife?
