I can only manage one thing at a time. And really only assimilate one new thing at a time. I know this about myself. This is random but anyway...so, just adjusting to getting the B-I-G to school everyday took me about two weeks. Then I began to incorporate morning walks, then afternoon workouts. Mind you, I had to stop counting calories during that time simply because I just cannot mentally manage it all. So, back to counting calories as of today now that I have successfully incorporated the school schedule, two a day workouts and so now I decided to put on my pedometer to see just how much I was actually getting in every day in my quest to lose the fat and be fit. Ugh...the battle. So, the first couple of days it was registering around 4-6 thousand steps. Damn. Here I am working out twice a day on top of the constant movement involved in caring for the three littles and shoot, not even getting in the minimum of 10K. Cussing.
Decided to google pedometer, maybe I was doing something wrong. Alas, I was. Wearing it in the wrong spot.
Very satisfying, once I had it in the right place, I logged 14k with only one workout and a "relaxing" day at home. Excited to see what it is today, a regular day, two a days. I mean, por ejemplo, I have been up roughly three hours and have already logged 1 mile in steps just doing my ever day stuff. I just KNEW I was getting 10k in all that time.
Now, why am I still fat???
