Lent

I am giving up bad words for lent. 40 days of no bad words, writing, speaking, nothing. Not even in my thoughts. I don't have any inherent issues with cussing, as long as the general intent of the heart is good. That is what I think God looks at more than actual words...who knows but that is where my postmodern conviction lies. I am so not religious. Abhor it actually. Abhor most systems that aren't necessary like government. Like denominational security but only when it is in balance...anyway. That is another tangent. The point is, no bad words. Not even with symbols.
