Cows

There is a small herd of cows in the pasture in front of our development.
Yesterday as we passed them, they were all sitting down and I commented to Pitufo "Oh look, the cows must still be sleepytime" since he had just gotten up from a nap, trying to relate to the cows, make conversation...you get it.
"No", he says. "They doing best and worst"
Long pause...like a minute or so...
"And devoshees too"
Sidenote: Every night we do family devotions which consists of each person telling their best and worst thing for the day, then a verse that we memorize as a family, a new one each month based on what the verse is in their class on Sundays, and then prayers...so THAT is "devoshees".
He proceeds to say...
"They saying Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the plans I have fo you says da Lowrd
Plan foh good, not EEEvil
To give you futuh and HOPE"
slight pause
"That what they saying Mama"

Wow...I could hardly talk...it is the near end of January and we did that verse until the first so, like three weeks since he has recited it....made me so thankful for what he is filling his heart with each day...
Wow.
All because of cows.
